Daan Park Station is one of the MRT stations located at the west part of Taipei. In Taiwan, we call subway MRT, which stands for Mass Rapid Transit. Daan Park Station was built in 2013, locating on the red line which is the same line as Taipei 101. It has 6 exits in total, 2 of which is across the street; the others connect to Daan Park, which is next to the station.

Daan Park Station is one of my favorite spots in the city, for it helps modern people slow down their pace and observe surroundings. What special is it has a garden that concaves downward and has a small waterfall dropping down around the area, which makes the whole place full of energy.
